Refund policy

A Note Regarding all our Products

 

We thrive to bring products to the market which are good for you.  However, we are not a doctor or a dietician. Consuming our products is at your own risk.  If you are doubt if a particular product is good for you, especially if you have any underlying health conditions, please talk to your doctor before ordering the product.

 

Refund Policy:

You may return any item back to us in new/unopened condition within 14 days from the purchase date for any reason. We do not accept returns on opened/used products or products with cosmetic damage. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If you wish to return a product, you must contact us to get an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before shipping the product(s) back to us. The RMA number and your original order number must be on the shipping label/package. The return must arrive back to us within 14 days after the return is authorized. Unauthorized returns sent back to us may be refused or discarded.

We do not cover, provide, or reimburse return shipping costs, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. For international returns, we also do not refund any paid customs/import/duty fees or taxes, or any additional delivery fees that might have occurred. 

If you believe you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. Do not use the product!

If a product arrives damaged, please document and provide photo/video evidence of the damage along with your order number to support@sugargoodness.com. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible for you. If you use or discard an incorrect/defective product or alert us outside of the 14 day return policy, you will not be eligible for a replacement or a refund.

If you purchased one of our products from another retailer (not directly from us), you must contact them directly regarding returns, exchanges, and/or refunds.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incomplete, insufficient, incorrect address information or nobody is able to receive the order you are not eligible for a refund. Orders that are refused are considered forfeit and not eligible for a refund.

We do not offer refunds if the product returned to us shows signs of damage, use, and/or contains missing items. Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

We do not offer any reimbursement for medical expenses that might be a consequence of consuming our products.
